Run an AI photo booth this Christmas. Pay nothing to build it.

We supply the AI character, photo experience and software. You use the screen you already have and provide the standard on-site hardware. Every paid photo generates revenue, shared with you.

Performit Live creates AI character experiences for physical venues.

Our characters advertise to the room, converse with the guest and learn from both. They hold real-time conversations on screens the venue already owns.

For the AI Photo Booth, that means one character can welcome the guest, guide them through the experience, capture the photo and hand back something worth sharing.

Behind the screen, the venue sees which characters guests choose, when they play and what they pay. That signal stays with you after the season.

Meet Mrs C.
A family queue at a Christmas attraction with a screen overhead

Your busiest weeks of the year. And the screen is playing a loop.

A Christmas season concentrates more visitors into a venue than the rest of the year put together. The screens in the foyer, the atrium and the queue line spend all of it playing a video nobody watches.

Every guest standing in front of those screens is holding a phone, waiting, and looking for something to do with the wait.

The booth turns that waiting time into a paid, shareable experience. Same screen. Same footfall. A new reason to engage and a new revenue stream.

One screen. Three stages.

The character attracts the guest, guides them through the experience and helps turn the interaction into a paid, shareable photo.

Meet them. Become them. Bring the whole family into the picture.

The AI character hosts the experience and guides the guest through it. From there, the visitor can choose to appear alongside a festive character, become one themselves, or create a family/group image with the characters they choose.

Choose how you want to take part.

The Christmas experience can be configured around three different ways to play:

Become the character

Step into the role and create a personalised image as Father Christmas, an elf, the Snow Queen, the Nutcracker or another festive character.

Meet the character

Create a selfie-style image alongside Father Christmas or the Christmas character of your choice.

Bring the family into the story

Create a group image with Father Christmas, the main character or a selected group of festive characters.

The visitor chooses the final image, pays and receives it directly on their phone by QR.

One experience. Multiple ways to make it personal.

Father Christmas, the elves, the Snow Queen and the Nutcracker. A family set, ready for the first week of November.

The core experience is built once. Future seasonal versions can reuse the same underlying platform and experience structure rather than starting again from zero.

Build a permissioned audience, not just impressions.

With the guest's consent, each completed experience can create useful first-party data such as contact details, character choice, transaction value and permission for future communication.

A permissioned audience

Build a first-party contact list from guests who actively choose to engage and opt in.

Numbers you can put in front of a board

Track scans, completed experiences, paid photos, revenue and sharing activity, based on what actually happened.

A signal on the season

See which characters are selected most often and how usage changes by day and time. Useful programming insight generated from real guest behaviour.

Three lines. That is the whole deal.

No character or software build fee. No seasonal licence fee. Revenue is shared for the agreed Christmas run, with no obligation to continue afterwards.

01

£0 build fee

We fund the AI character, photo experience and software build.

02

You earn from the first photo

Revenue share starts with the first paid photo. There is no revenue threshold before your venue receives its share.

03

An even share, all season

Paid-photo revenue is split 50/50 throughout the agreed seasonal run.

Performit Live processes the transactions and provides a monthly statement showing sales and your share of revenue. If you later prefer a fixed commercial structure, we can discuss that separately.

Illustrative economics for one screen across a full Christmas season.

Illustrative scenario, not a forecast. An attraction taking 5,000 guests a day, open 19 November to 3 January. One capture point, no printer, nobody staffing a booth. Here is how the venue's half builds across the run.

£23,000

  • 5,000 visitors per operating day
  • 2% purchase rate
  • £10 a photo, sent by QR

Illustrative arithmetic, not a forecast. We publish no capture rate, so uptake is an assumption each venue tests against its own trading. A grotto that closes on Christmas Eve runs a shorter season than a light trail carrying through New Year, and the numbers follow the dates. Busier sites add capture points, not a longer queue: at 30,000 guests a day, three points take the venue's share past £135,000.

The build is £11,500. You pay none of it.

For selected founding venues this Christmas, Performit Live funds the £11,500 character, experience and software build. The venue provides the standard hardware and screen required to run the experience.

Use the screen you already have. Add one standard hardware kit.

You keep everything you buy. There is nothing to return at the end of the season.

One hardware kit, not a custom build

We provide a named specification. Your team orders the standard equipment directly and owns it after the season.

  • The display and the floor space you already run
  • A gaming laptop to our named spec, with a stated GPU and VRAM floor
  • A webcam and a microphone, both named on the spec sheet
  • Speakers, loud enough to carry the character over a busy room
  • A wired internet connection to the unit
  • An on-site team member responsible for the unit

Around £1,750 in total, ordered once and owned by the venue after the season ends. On the worked example above, the opening week covers it.
